Joseph Odeh
Joseph Odeh is currently the General Manager – Corporate Sales for Crown Flour Mills Limited (an Olam Agri Company). He joined the great Olam family in 2017 as a Regional Sales Manager in Ghana before returning to Nigeria in 2019 and held the North Central Team as the General Manager, Sales and Marketing. Joey is an exceptionally reliable, understanding and consummate commercial professional with over 20years of Sales Management, Marketing and Customer Service experience. He is also a trained Business Analyst, with high proficiency in business re-engineering and strategy formulation. He is resilient, result oriented and highly motivated specialist who is always deeply committed to achieving company set objectives.
Joey started his sales journey immediately after his NYSC where he worked with a merchandizing outfit in Asaba, Delta state before returning to Kano (his city of birth) for a short sojourn with an IT firm (Hands-On Institute of information Technology) and a non-governmental organization, Project Life. He later joined Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (then the biggest flour milling company in the country) and rose from a Sales Officer (in Zamfara State) to a Regional Sales Manager in the Northwest/North Central achieving several performance-based awards, before joining Olam in 2017.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bayero University in Kano, where he also bagged a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and an MBA degree. He is a Fellow at the of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN), He is a Member of various institutes (BCS, the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, International Institute of Business and currently a PhD student in the marketing department of the University of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Benevolence International Care group, a faith-based organization that carters for the needy. He is also passionate about God and God’s work, and married with 3 wonderful
